AI video shouldn't have a dollar price tag
CineVault AI exists so that a creator in Indore gets the same magical video tools as a studio in Los Angeles — at a fifth of the price.
The ₹16,000 problem
In late 2025 our founder was making reels full-time and paying for three AI tools that together billed roughly ₹16,000 a month — in dollars, with forex markup, minimum credit limits, and watermarks on everything a starter plan allowed. For a country where a million creators earn their first income from short video, that math simply doesn't work.
Meanwhile the open-source video model ecosystem — headlined by LTX-2.5 — crossed the quality threshold where 10-second HD clips generated in tens of seconds stopped being a demo trick and started being post-ready content. The models were ready. The pricing for India wasn't. So we built the wrapper, the pipeline, and the price point we wished existed.
Today the first wave of creators are joining the Founder's Pass, generating real-estate walkthroughs, wedding teasers, course explainers and meme fuel — most of them finishing their first video in under a minute after signup. That's the number we care about.
Mission: democratize AI video for India
The next 500 million creators to join the internet will mostly be Indian, mostly mobile-first, and mostly price-sensitive. We want every coach, boutique, tuition teacher, wedding shooter and aspiring filmmaker to treat AI video as a ₹166 line item — not an enterprise budget decision. If we get that right, everything else (revenue, scale, team) follows.
Affordable first
Every architecture decision is optimised so a student in Tier-3 India can pay ₹166/month and still get real HD video.
Built for Bharat
Hindi prompts, Indian festivals, weddings, real-estate reels, UPI payments — we design for contexts Silicon Valley tools ignore. Videos render with audio in English and Hindi today, with more languages coming soon.
Open models, honest tech
We build on LTX-2.5 and the open video-model ecosystem instead of reselling someone else's API at a markup.
Community-led roadmap
Founders vote on what we build next in our Telegram. Three features on the Q2 board came directly from member polls.
Under the hood: LTX-2.5
CineVault AI runs on LTX-2.5, a diffusion-transformer video model that generates temporally-coherent 24fps footage roughly 18x faster than real time on a single GPU. We handle the boring-but-hard parts: prompt enrichment (including Hindi), queue management, GPU autoscaling, storage, and safety filtering — so creators type a sentence and get a file.

Be the first creator inside
Only 1,000 Founder's Pass spots remain at ₹500 — the public price will never be this low again.
